Picture this! (1/52), a photo by Rene Tigchelaar on Flickr. Via Flickr: Ok, so the project 365 I tried failed. Last year after finally getting a new camera and some stuff I still didn’t do as much photography as I wanted. I doubted to do this but oh well. Time to make a change in this. This year (plus a week 2012) I’ll try to make 52 photos in 52 weeks! And what better way to start with some kind of cray self-portrait?

2011 Gogbot, a photo by Rene Tigchelaar on Flickr. I keep forgetting I have a blog, lol. Oh well, a few weekends ago the Gogbot-festival took place in Enschede. It’s an awesome festival with lots of art and music. And here’s just a picture of a scorpion made of blue barrels.

Hello and welcome to read the last day of being in Antwerp! We didn’t really have any plans today because it was our last day here. So after waking up we packed our stuff and went to get some breakfast. Later on we checked out and dumped our stuff at the station. Those lockers are really big! If you do it right, it fits 2 grown-ups.. We just went to check some souvenirshops, walked a bit around. But we did get something for my dad, so yay for that! I also got me some new basketballshirt + headband + wristbands. . . . . . .

Note: WiFi fails at the hotel so I’m trying some roaming here in Belgium. Note 2: Second time I’m writing the blog because my phone failed.. it deleted my whole story.. *sad face* So we woke up a little later today because yesterday was a long and tiring day. But same goes for today though. We had breakfast. Michelle tried some yoghurt with some kind of chocolatechips. But that wasn’t really successful. I had next to my bread cereals, cornflakes to be exact. And I liked it. Not something to eat every morning but it felt refreshing for a change. . . . . . .

Hello, Today started of well. We woke up, took a shower. And we were getting breakfast on the first floor. Breakfast was ok, they didn’t really offer much siege(?, y’know the things you put on bread..). After that we went to the supermarket for some drinks for in the hotel and during our new walk through the city. It looked like it rained just a few drops but there was more.. But the rain doesn’t hold us back! So our first stop was the photomuseum! It wasn’t big but it had some interesting expositions. It also had a shop and . . . . . .

A big day today, Michelle and me are going to Antwerp for a couple of days.    The day started well, we did wake up before the alarm went of. We did our usual morning routine. Brought by Sylvia to the station. And finally we boarded the train on 10.11h, we needed to switch trains at schiphol airport. But the train delayed for some 20(!) minutes! Luckily there was a Starbucks nearby. When we finally boarded the train, it was really crowded but luckily we got some seats and space for our luggage. During the ride to Antwerp it rained . . . . . .

Tour the boat., a photo by Rene Tigchelaar on Flickr. Two post in like a few minutes, whoah! Yesterday I went to the Efteling with David, Karina and my girlfriend Michelle. The day began with some rain but through the day it made way for the sun. On a boat tour we came across lots and lots of ducks, omg. There was one duck who got into a fight with another duck. But you can’t really see it on this picture.

Flower Power!, a photo by Rene Tigchelaar on Flickr. Hung out with David and Eun Chae, totally awesome because David and me haven’t seen her in a while. It would be like 2 years now, but it doesn’t feel like that. Anyways she made some flower crown for David, though he refused at first And I like the way you can see Eun Chae and me in the reflection of the sunglasses!

Kunst in het volkspark, a photo by Rene Tigchelaar on Flickr. A while ago there was an art festivity in a park, I looked around and I was amazed how many people were here looking for someone’s art! I also was amazed how awesome the art was, just like this one in the picture.
